Process & Sustainment

Every engagement follows a defined process — scoped before we start, delivered to approval, sustained by a single point of accountability.

1
Qualify

A short scoping conversation. Goals, constraints, audience, and intended outcome. We leave with enough to propose a scope.

2
Define

A written scope document: pages, components, integrations, timeline, and price. No surprises mid-build.

3
Approve

Scope approved before a line of code is written. Changes after approval are governed by change control.

4
Build

Design and development to spec. You review at localhost — visual approval required before anything is committed or deployed.

5
Validate

QA, form delivery verification, and cross-device review. Nothing ships without sign-off.

6
Handoff

DNS transition, a handoff record, and a Sustain decision before closeout.

On Sustainment: Sustainment is not a support ticket system. It is an ongoing accountability relationship — bounded in scope, clear on what is and isn't included.
